Candidates interested to undergo laser vision correction are examined with state-of-the-art highly specialist diagnostic equipment.

	ALLEGRO Topolyzer Computer-assisted corneal topography (map): Analysis of the image of concentric, black-and-white circles reflected from the surface of the cornea. The device calculates the curve radius and the refractive power of the cornea in selected points and presents them as colour maps or numeric values. This evaluation is necessary before refractive surgery of the cornea.
	TOMEY RC 5000 Autorefractor Keratometer Computer-assisted examination of the refractive error (refractometry) and the measurement of the corneal curvature (keratometry).
	TOMEY FT-1000 Non-Contact Tonometer Measurement of the intraocular pressure: Modern technology enabling the use of a soft air pulse reducing the patient’s discomfort to the minimum.
	TOMEY SP 3000 Pachymeter Measurement of the corneal thickness (ultrasound pachymetry): Necessary before refractive surgery of the cornea and helpful in determining actual intraocular pressure in cases where the cornea is very thick or very thin.
